At the invitation of Democrats Abroad, Clara Moraru, president of CSV International since December 2018 will be the guest of their monthly meetup.
Officially founded in 2008, the international section of Luxembourg’s Christian Social People’s Party has more than 800 members and is the only party allowing residents of foreign origins to get actively involved in politics in a language they understand/speak either as volunteers or candidates in the local elections of their communes. In this context, they organize regular events to help demystify politics, e.g. guided tours of the Luxembourg Parliament with different deputies who explain their work.
